Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your order you may return it to us for a refund within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact contact@whitewhale.shop
You will bear all risks of return. This means that whitewhale.shop can not be held responsible for damage or loss of returned items. Always ask the shipping company for a tracking code and make sure you keep a reference of it.
We will not cover the return shipping costs. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, the funds will be refunded back to the original method of payment.
Most banks advise to allow 5-7 working days for the funds to show in your account.
If the funds are not showing available, we would first recommend contacting your bank/ card company for an update.
